Our inspection and maintenance team takes care of day-to-day upkeep and running repairs to anything damaged by tenants. As landlord you’re only responsible for structurals, boiler and internal pipe or electrical works.
As soon as our inspector has confirmed that your property is ‘up to scratch’ we can get contract signed – and your first rental payment will appear in your bank on the 18th of the month.
For the full term of your agreement: usually 3 – 5 years.
No – instead we guarantee 6 weeks’ indemnity in compensation should your property be left in an unacceptable condition.
