Guaranteed Rent for Landlords
London Boroughs

Barking

The Thames-side heart of the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham sits 15 kilometres East of Charing Cross, the point where the East End merges with the Essex heartlands.

Battersea

This renewed and redeveloped former industrial area on the south banks of the Thames has a whole lot more going for it than Battersea Power Station (now the Tate Modern) and the celebrated Battersea Dogs’ Home.

Balham

Famously known as the ‘Gateway to the South’, this lively and diverse town in the London Borough of Wandsworth is increasingly popular for its buzzy nightlife and wealth of green open spaces, since it’s situated between no less than four commons!

Barnet

Sitting prettily on London’s leafy northern fringes, Barnet is a London Borough and a town too, formerly part of Middlesex and Hertfordshire on the Watling Street ancient Roman Road.

Bermondsey

An exciting mix of the best of old and new, where age-old wharfs, docklands and reinvented and restored railway arches rub along with art galleries, cool cafés and happening nightlife in the vibrant heart and soul of SE1.

Bethnal Green

Bethnal Green typifies the resurgence in recent years of London’s traditional East End, where centuries-old pubs and traditional ‘greasy spoons’ blend happily with the trendy bars and eateries of Paradise Row and the funky shops and flower market on Columbia Road.

Brixton

The epitome of the ‘global village’, Brixton positively bristles with life, oozing predominantly Afro-Caribbean culture as street food stalls, vintage clothes shops and fresh food markets jostle with a host of hip bars, clubs, and live music venues.

Canary Wharf

Originally best known as a business district at the heart of the docklands development, Canary Wharf has evolved into a happening hub with more than 300 shops, bars, and restaurants, which make it a real pleasure, for business or leisure.

Canning Town

Another great example of the transformation of London’s docklands, Canning Town boasts a range of new residential developments alongside an exciting mix of shops, eateries, smart new hotels and restaurants at the Royal Victoria Dock, and a host of events at the Excel centre.

Catford

Increasingly popular for property prices more affordable than most London areas, Catford has all the friendliness and intimacy of a small town along with the buzz of being part of the capital city.

Clapham

Once seen as another ordinary London suburb, Clapham really has come up in the world in recent years – and it’s now renowned as a rather affluent, largely residential area with a vibrant leisure and nightlife scene centred on the bustling High Street.

Dulwich

For a cosy village feel in the heart of South-East London, look no further than Dulwich with its chic boutiques, some of South London’s very best restaurants and the idyllic Dulwich park with its winter garden and boating lake.

Dalston

Dalston is arguably the spiritual home of East London’s hipsters with its vibrant, diverse cultural scene packed with happening bars and clubs, cutting edge live music at the Shacklewell Arms, jazz at the Vortex, Avant Garde drama at the Arcola Theatre and a wealth of global cuisine along the famous Kingsland Road.

Edgware

Pleasantly suburban, with its northern borders marked by attractive, hilly woodlands where it meets rural Hertfordshire, Edgware’s only nine miles from the West End yet offers a gentler pace and a quieter lifestyle with ample local shopping and amenities.

Finsbury Park

With its station on the King Cross mainline to the North, Finsbury Park is a major transport hub – and also a thriving multicultural centre in its own right, packed with pubs and eateries, the eponymous park with its boating lake and summer music festivals, and Arsenal FC’s Emirates Stadium.

Hackney

The London Borough of Hackney, including the district of Hackney that makes up two-thirds of it, really are the beating heart of East London’s resurgence, with a whirl of cosmopolitan cuisine, nightlife, theatre, and arts alongside the famous London Fields park, indie shops, and bustling markets.

Hampstead

With its celebrated rambling heath and swimming ponds, panoramic views of the whole city from Parliament Hill and the genteel Georgian elegance of Hampstead Village, Hampstead is stylish and affluent, up-market and up the hill, yet only four miles from Charing Cross.

Newham

The London Borough of Newham comprises the old boroughs of West Ham and East Ham and these days it’s probably best known as home to most of the Olympic Park, including the London Stadium – now home to West Ham F.C.

Lewisham

Just 12 minutes from London Bridge by train, up-and-coming Lewisham’s surprisingly green and leafy, with wide open spaces, thriving foodie and craft beer scenes, and simply tons of big brand shops alongside a bustling street market.

Tower Hamlets

This might be the old ‘Cockney’ East End, but there’s so much more to dynamic and diverse Tower Hamlets: it’s bordered by canals, with plenty of green spaces such as Victoria Park and right next to the Olympic Park to the East and vibrant Shoreditch to the West.
